Withdrawn Paper 65: Gravitational Echoes and Strain Dropout at the Coherence Horizon
Withdrawn. This paper extends Holosphere Theory to cosmic scales by introducing the concept of a coherence horizon—a structural boundary where angular strain propagation fails due to a universal signal dilution limit at β = 3/2. Rather than invoking metric expansion, the model explains cosmic redshift, brightness dimming, and horizon phenomena as consequences of coherence dropout in a rotating lattice. Gravitational echoes, surface brightness retention, CMB low-ℓ suppression, and high-redshift cutoffs all emerge naturally from this structural mechanism. The theory predicts specific observational signatures that can distinguish it from ΛCDM, including echo delays, angular anisotropies, and a surface brightness relation that follows (1+z)^(-2) rather than (1+z)^(-4). These results suggest that apparent cosmic acceleration may be the result of coherence filtering, not dark energy or expansion. This unifies galaxy rotation, black hole evaporation, and cosmic visibility within a single coherence-based framework.
