Retro-Causal Information Cosmology Theory: A Unified Framework for Solving Fundamental Physics Problems
We propose the Retro-Causal Information Cosmology Theory (RCIC), a unified theoretical framework that simultaneously addresses several fundamental problems in modern physics through the introduction of Quantum Information Filters (QIF) and Trans-Dimensional Communication Channels (TCC). The theory suggests that the universe possesses discrete structures that select quantum interactions based on frequency resonance rules, while information transport occurs through compactified dimensions where effective distances are reduced. A key innovation is the concept of cosmological retro-causality, whereby the universe can retroactively edit its own physical laws. We demonstrate how this framework resolves the horizon problem, explains dark matter and dark energy, addresses fine-tuning of fundamental constants, and unifies quantum mechanics with general relativity. The theory generates specific testable predictions including non-local correlations in the CMB, dark matter density correlations with past black hole activity, and micro-variations in fundamental constants. Our approach suggests a self-organizing, learning universe that has evolved through multiple cycles to achieve optimal complexity and consciousness emergence.
