DUTP update

Dynamic Universal Time Physics (DUTP) models time as a universal scalar field withframe-based evolution. In this updated formulation, we incorporate frame energy scalesto provide numerical rigor, particularly explaining attosecond-scale phase mismatchesobserved in quantum experiments. We link theoretical predictions with experimentalmeasurements, notably the 232 attosecond delay in entangled electron systems.

Abstract

Dynamic Universal Time Physics (DUTP) models time as a universal scalar field withframe-based evolution. In this updated formulation, we incorporate frame energy scalesto provide numerical rigor, particularly explaining attosecond-scale phase mismatchesobserved in quantum experiments. We link theoretical predictions with experimentalmeasurements, notably the 232 attosecond delay in entangled electron systems.
