Online Food Court: A Web-Based Food Ordering System
In recent years, online food ordering systems have become indispensable in the food service industry, offering a faster, more efficient alternative to traditional food ordering methods. This research presents the design and development of an "Online Food Court"—a web-based platform that automates the food ordering process and enhances user experience. The system enables customers to seamlessly browse digital menus, place orders, and complete payments online. Concurrently, it provides restaurant administrators with comprehensive tools to manage menu items, track orders, and interact with customers efficiently. By leveraging modern web technologies and database management techniques, the system aims to minimize manual effort, reduce errors, and increase operational throughput, thereby improving overall customer satisfaction.
