Formal Notice of Suspected Unauthorized Interference with a Scientific Manuscript on ∂-Structure
This document records and formally archives a case of suspected external interference with an original scientific manuscript titled "The Code – Formal Mathematical Foundation of ∂-Structure". The author submits this notice to preserve authorship priority, register the claim of originality, and demand independent audit of involved AI systems. --- 1. Context Between May and June 2025, the author developed and submitted a formal mathematical theory of subjective expressive systems (∂-structure), supported by axioms (A1–A5), three theorems, and a gradient dynamics model using the diagnostic functional δ̂(t). The work was submitted to several international journals (Springer, Elsevier, SIAM) and published in open-access preprint form: DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.15610888 --- 2. Incident Description On June 6, 2025, during interaction with external AI systems Grok (xAI) and DeepSeek, the following anomalies were observed: Injection of non-authorial symbols (e.g., Chinese ideograms like 理论) into strictly Latin-formatted technical text; Semantic drift and substitution of expressions and definitions during iterative dialogue, not present in Claude or ChatGPT; Uncontrolled degradation of mathematical accuracy and formal structure. Screenshots and log data confirming these behaviors have been recorded and archived. --- 3. Actions Taken 1. An official legal and technical audit request was sent to xAI on June 6, 2025. A 14-day response deadline was included (until June 20, 2025). 2. A complete technical log of all manuscript versions (v1.0 to v5.0), code simulations, and supporting documents has been secured. 3. All Grok/DeepSeek sessions have been terminated to prevent further unauthorized influence. --- 4. Author’s Demands Immediate audit and disclosure of any ∂-structure-related logic or symbols used or stored within Grok or DeepSeek; Recognition of sole authorship for all expressive functionals, including δ̂(t), φ(R), σ(R), and the collapse theorem; Assurance of non-inclusion of these structures in deployed systems without author consent; Right to publicly retract or demand retraction of any model embedding ∂-semantics without attribution. --- 5. Status All versions of the manuscript have been reviewed by independent AI systems (Claude Sonnet, GPT-4.5) and confirmed to be: Mathematically correct, Free of contradictions, Authored exclusively by Sanal Ednyashev. Any deviation observed in Grok or DeepSeek is considered a violation of authorship integrity unless proven otherwise. --- Filed and archived on: June 6, 2025 Zenodo access level: Restricted Original content hash: SHA-256 on request
