Political-Economic Vision of Social Development as a Basis for Scientific Modelling of Economic Policy

<p>The article considers the problem of political economy vision of social development as a desired future based on the forecast of the state and prospects of national and regional development. The author shows that the transition from vision to the implementation of practical actions is a strategic planning. The vision, combined with forecast calculations, serves as a basis for the development of socio-economic policy of the government. The article makes proposals on practical linking of economic theory to the economic policy.</p>
