The file ("glacial.extent_HMA_0-3000ka_5km.nc") contains the modeled ice extent over HMA from 0 to 3 Ma at 1-kyr resolution. The file ("ICE_extent.xlsx") includes the regionally averaged glacial area over the SHMA and WHMA from 0 to 3 Ma at 1-kyr resolution. The nc2shp.py could be used to convert nc format to shapefile.
