PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS ARISING IN THE DISTANCE LEARNING SYSTEM IN PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS
This study explores the problems and solutions related to the implementation of distance learning in pedagogical higher education institutions. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected from faculty members and students through interviews and focus groups. Key challenges identified include technological limitations, instructional adaptation difficulties, reduced student engagement, and lack of institutional support. However, several practical solutions emerged, such as blended learning, faculty development, and improved digital infrastructure. The findings highlight the importance of long-term planning and innovation in online teacher education.
