MOYAMOYA COMING WITH HEADACHE CLINIC AFTER SEXUAL ACTIVITY
Moyamoya is a rare, chronic, progressive vaso-occlusive syndrome that affects the arteries of the polygon of Willis and causes the development of characteristic collateral vessels. We report a 19-year-old malecase who presented to the emergency department with a new-onset headache. The patient was examined with CT and cerebral angiography, and Moyamoya syndrome was diagnosed. In terms of surgical procedure, he was referred to the relevant center with recommendations. Over a 10 year periods, 3744 patients with cerebrovascular disease have been followed up in our neurology service and outpatient clinic, and he is the second patient to be diagnosed with Moyamoya. He was considered suitable for presentation because he first presented with headache.
