[Preliminary Version] Language and Scalar Resonance: The Linguistic Layer of Pure Time Theory [Update to Latest Refinements Pending]
This article proposes a scalar-field interpretation of language and sound based on the Pure Time Theory (PTT), which posits that all physical and cognitive structures emerge from variations in a fundamental temporal field T_relax(x^mu). In this framework, words and sounds are not symbolic artifacts but vibrational modulations of temporal curvature, capable of stabilizing or fragmenting local coherence in both the biological and ontological domains. The analysis begins with the Qur’anic moment when Adam was taught “the names of all things” (Qur’an 2:31), framing naming as an act of scalar access rather than semantic assignment. Language and music are treated as dual modalities of resonance: the former structured semantically, the latter affectively. Practices such as dhikr, Qur’anic recitation, and silence are reinterpreted as scalar interventions that reshape field dynamics. A central role is given to the concept of the Qalb (heart), understood as a coherence gate that mediates between biological input and intentional field resonance. We introduce a formal scalar signature for words, modulated by intention and projected over harmonic modes of T_relax, allowing the definition of a synchronization index delta_sync relative to a contextual reference frame T_ref. Scalar ethics emerge naturally from this architecture: truthful speech aligns, falsehood fragments, and intentional silence preserves structural harmony. Even speculative observations—such as the influence of sound on water or plants—are revisited under the lens of field entrainment, without metaphysical claims. While this framework may appear all-encompassing, this is not due to speculative overreach, but to the ontological centrality of the scalar field T_relax. If all structures emerge from temporal curvature, then coherence across domains is not conjecture — it is consequence. PTT does not aim to replace all theories, but to offer a unified substrate through which diverse phenomena may be interpreted as expressions of a common temporal geometry.
