Exploring Ethereum Integration in Property Management: Real Estate on the Blockchain

Our research paper explores thetransformative and revolutionizing potential ofEthereum blockchain in real estate. Our Project aims toimprove transparency of transactions, helps in reducingthe transaction costs as low as possible, and optimizesoperational efficiency in property transactions, ’N’ realestate financing, loan management in real estateindustry. By using blockchain’s decentralized ledgertechnology and smart contracts, it highlights theproperty management, enable fractional ownership, andfacilitates the cross-border transactions of property andensuring secured and immutable property records. Our research addresses problems in this industry suchas legal compliance, scalability, and market adoption ofblockchain solutions, focusing on enhancinginefficiencies and inaccuracies in the present real estatesystem. Additionally, it prioritized stakeholder’s trustand acceptance in implementation. We provided a systemfor real estate loans, where smart contracts andimmutable records reduce/minimize the cost, increasethe transparency of data , minimize fraud like neverbefore, speed up transactions during property buying, secure the data , and providing valuable insights into theintegration of blockchain applications based services inreal estate financing and transactions.
