A First-Principles Mechanism to Unifying GR + QFT, resolving Singularities, Decoherence, Inflation, and the Cosmological Constant — Without Modified Gravity

We present a unified, empirically supported first-principles mechanism: an effective band-pass filter on vacuum gravitation and decoherence that simultaneously addresses four major puzzles at the interface of general relativity (GR) and quantum field theory (QFT)—the cosmological constant problem, the origin of inflation or a bounce, black hole singularity resolution, and the quantum-to-classical transition in the cosmic microwave background (CMB). We derive two logistic-form filters, Flow(R) and Fhigh(R), from effective field theory via heat-kernel regularization and renormalization-group flow, identifying the RG scale as k² ~ R. Below a low-curvature threshold Rc, Flow sequesters ultraviolet vacuum modes, dynamically self-tuning Λ to its observed value. Above a high-curvature threshold Rcollapse ~ Mpl², Fhigh reactivates vacuum back-reaction, driving a bounce or inflationary phase and yielding a finite, repulsive core inside black holes. In the intermediate-curvature regime, both filters vanish, recovering standard GR plus unitary QFT. Applied to FLRW dynamics, this mechanism reproduces a bounce/inflation, standard radiation and matter evolution, and late-time acceleration—without additional fields. We also identify a coherence horizon at CMB multipole l ~ 4000, where Fhigh induces a sharp sign flip in TT–coherence correlation and synchronized transitions across ten independent diagnostics (non-Gaussian moments, fractal metrics, morphology, lacunarity, bispectrum proxy, etc.), in striking agreement with Planck SMICA data. The filter introduces no new fields or derivatives—evading Ostrogradsky ghosts, modified-gravity no-go theorems, and superluminal modes—and passes all key consistency checks. This curvature-based prescription provides a direct observational probe of quantum gravity phenomenology and offers concrete targets for future CMB and gravitational-wave experiments. Abstract
