Abrangência e Lacunasde Dados da Plataforma FishBase Sobre Espécies de Rivulidae de São Paulo
The study aimed to evaluate the comprehensiveness of FishBase data for 10 Rivulidae species from the state of São Paulo, consideringtheir threat levels. The results show significant deficiencies, particularly in biology and reproduction, with greater gaps for species classified as"Critically Endangered" and "Least Concern". Although FishBaseis widely used, there is a lack of specific data for these species in São Paulo, indicating the need for further research focused on the ecology and biologyof this extremely threatened group.
