Infertility remains one of the most prevalent and emotionally distressing conditions affecting women of reproductive age worldwide. Despite advancements in reproductive medicine, infertility continues to pose a challenge due to its multifactorial nature and the complexity of female reproductive physiology. Modern diagnostic techniques, including hormonal assays, imaging technologies, and genetic screenings, have enhanced the ability to accurately diagnose the causes of infertility. Simultaneously, contemporary treatments such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and surgical interventions have greatly improved success rates. This article presents an in-depth analysis of the current methods of diagnosing and treating infertility, discusses their effectiveness, and evaluates future prospects in reproductive healthcare.
