Everything Fuzzy_From Atoms to Gravity Memory
“Everything Fuzzy_From Atoms to Gravity Memory” presents three complementary experimental blueprints that harness controllable wave-packet delocalization—“fuzziness”—to probe novel collapse-gate physics. First, a cold-atom fountain interferometer uses adjustable optical-lattice depth to sweep atomic motional widths and detect any residual phase shifts attributable to a hypothesized gravitational-memory channel. Second, two spatially separated lattice-trapped atoms each interrogate one half of an entangled photon pair; deviations from factorized decoherence reveal nonlocal memory effects via entanglement monogamy. Finally, we introduce a speculative architecture in which logical states are encoded in narrow versus broad wave-packets, enabling “in-mode” quantum logic that sidesteps electronic feed-forward. Together these testbeds offer a clear pathway from tabletop cold-atom and photonic platforms to quantitative bounds—or potential discovery—of gravity-mediated collapse dynamics.
