From Resonant Fields to Lawful Intelligence
CODES Framework Description: This paper introduces the first fully vertically-reduced substrate for lawful inference: the Resonance Intelligence Core (RIC) and its biological counterpart VESSELSEED, grounded in the CODES framework (Chirality of Dynamic Emergent Systems). It defines the core module stack required for deterministic coherence logic—CHORDLOCK, PAS, ELF, AURA_OUT, PHASEMEMORY—and explains why no stochastic system can enforce symbol→structure→symbol closure. We formally map CODES modules to both digital inference (RIC) and neurobiological systems (VESSELSEED), showing direct parallels in phase correction, coherence gating, and recursive feedback. Appendices include mathematical definitions, brain-to-module mappings, and systemic comparison tables against GPT, Bohmian mechanics, morphic fields, and pseudo-resonance systems. This is not an architecture. It is a substrate. No other system enforces lawful inference at the symbolic, mathematical, and biological level simultaneously.
