Following our independence, all new experts enrolled in the higher education system are now expected to speak one or more foreign languages as part of the reforms being implemented to prepare cadres. As a result, English language instructors have enormous challenges, and they are now a primary focus of educational changes. Therefore, a teacher can introduce new ideas into the educational process in a goal-oriented manner provided he is willing to accept new pedagogical innovations.
