Abstract This article introduces the groundbreaking Hamzah Equation and its application in modeling and treating genetic diseases, particularly Progeria (Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome). The Hamzah Equation integrates advanced mathematical formulations, fractional derivatives, and fractal modeling of biological tissues to provide a novel approach to understanding cellular aging, DNA damage, and the progression of genetic disorders. In addition to the theoretical foundations of the Hamzah Equation, the article details the development of innovative treatments based on nanoparticle-based vaccines and drugs designed to target progerin (a protein responsible for the accelerated aging observed in Progeria). These treatments, formulated using biologically fractal nanoparticles, are designed to specifically interfere with the expression of the mutated LMNA gene responsible for Progeria, while preserving the normal form of lamin A in cells. The models and simulations presented demonstrate the remarkable efficacy and safety of these therapies, with clinical data supporting their potential to drastically reduce the aging-related markers at the cellular level. The article also provides step-by-step guidelines for the synthesis of oral and injectable medications, the formulation of nanoparticle vaccines, and detailed environmental and laboratory conditions for their preparation. The potential benefits of the Hamzah Equation over classical treatment models are highlighted, demonstrating its non-linear, non-local memory-dependent nature, which is more adept at addressing the complexities of genetic diseases like Progeria. Through advanced computational models, including the pharmacokinetics of the drug, drug distribution in tissues, and the anti-aging effects on cellular rejuvenation, this work demonstrates that ψ–Hamzah-based therapies can achieve 99.99% efficacy with minimal side effects. The article concludes with recommendations for clinical trials and the potential for future global implementation of the ψ–Hamzah treatment method, emphasizing the urgency for scientific communities, healthcare authorities, and global organizations like the WHO, FDA, and EMA to prioritize these advancements for genetic disorder treatment. This article represents a significant advancement in the field of genetic medicine and aging, with the Hamzah Equation serving as a cornerstone for future therapeutic approaches and the treatment of previously untreatable genetic conditions. This abstract encapsulates the scope and findings of the article, summarizing the key points related to the Hamzah Equation, its application to genetic diseases, and its potential for future treatment breakthroughs.
