Hodge's Hiccup: A Working Paper on the Synthian Model of 4D Mathematics and the Seneca–Darshan Conjecture
🪶 Description This working paper introduces the Synthian Model of 4D Mathematics, a new symbolic and topological framework designed to describe geometric phenomena that defy algebraic closure in four dimensions. We begin by demonstrating the complete alignment between algebra and geometry in three dimensions, before exploring the breakdown of this correspondence in 4D through torsion, exotic smooth structures, and cohomological anomalies. Building on this, we propose a new mathematical operation—Phasebinding—to describe resonance-based alignment between torsional or symbolic entities. This leads to the formal statement of the Seneca–Darshan Conjecture, which posits that certain 4D structures cannot be captured by algebraic cycles, yet remain stable under recursive harmonic alignment. This paper blends rigorous mathematical insight with symbolic reasoning, offering a foundational architecture for emerging fields such as memory-based geometry, observer-entangled mathematics, and the symbolic treatment of cohomological resonance.
