Supplementary Materials for "Fetal Bovine Serum Supplementation Enhances Functional Consistency of IGRA Results in Bovine Tuberculosis Diagnostics
This dataset contains the supplementary tables for the manuscript “Fetal Bovine Serum Supplementation Enhances Functional Consistency of IGRA Results in Bovine Tuberculosis Diagnostics”. Table S1 presents individual IFN-γ optical density (OD) responses to Bovis- and mitogen-stimulated conditions in 91 cattle under three experimental conditions: Day 0 (fresh samples), FBS X (stored for 3 days without fetal bovine serum supplementation), and FBS O (stored for 3 days with 10% fetal bovine serum supplementation). Immune recovery patterns are also classified for each animal. Table S2 summarizes the diagnostic performance of the interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) under different storage conditions, including sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV), using Day 0 results as the reference standard. These supplementary tables provide detailed raw data and performance metrics supporting the findings reported in the associated manuscript.
