The main end of the present paper is to probe the spatial and temporal analysis of forest area in the Solapur District of Maharashtra. The secondary data is used for the present study. The Tahsil has been taken as a unit for analysis of forest area. Some of the simple mathematics and statistical tools like chance, averaged. have been used in the study. A Geographical Information System (Civilians) fashion is also used to prepare the charts for analysis. It was only 2.15 percent in 1961 and now it's dropped upto 2.46 percent in the time 2021. The land under forest in the quarter is dropped substantially because of industrializations, urbanization, construction of roads and heads, expansion of crop land, conditions of energy wood and mining operations. It was a maximum dropped in Solapur tahsil by 0.31 percent due to industrialization, urbanization and population growth. To control deforestation by the strict legal programs and publish defaults also important. To promote and encourage to the people for afforestation programs and colorful schemes should be outlined in pastoral and civic area is critical. Cultivable waste and wasteland can be brought under colony with proper planning. Government must give top precedence for forest conservation with help of peoples and original NGO will be useful in similar programmer.
