The XRD spectroscopy data of biochar derived from straw and manure
This dataset comprises X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectra of biochar samples derived from two distinct feedstocks—wheat straw and cattle manure—prepared under pyrolysis temperatures of 500°C and 700°C, respectively. The biochars were subjected to sequential oxidative treatments using hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) at concentrations of 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and 30% (v/v) to investigate structural transformations under accelerated aging conditions.
