By analyzing existing educational practices, government initiatives, and AI tools available in the Uzbek context, the research identifies key advantages including personalized learning, increased accessibility, and real-time feedback. However, the article also highlights several critical challenges, such as digital infrastructure gaps between urban and rural areas, lack of teacher training, resistance to technology adoption, and concerns about data privacy. Drawing from both global literature and local case studies, the paper provides a comprehensive overview of the current landscape and proposes strategic policy recommendations to facilitate effective integration of AI in English education. The findings suggest that with proper investment, localization of tools, and professional development for educators, Uzbekistan can harness the full potential of AI to become a regional leader in tech- enhanced education. The article concludes by discussing the future outlook and underscores the importance of multi-stakeholder collaboration in achieving long-term, inclusive educational transformation.
