Open United Nations (OUN) is a civil participation guide for the individual and communities participation in the United Nations (UN) System organizations in compliance with its official recommendation for open science and mission to promote cultural rights, of which itself is one of the most proeminent world exemplars. It was developed due to several inquiries by local community leaders from all around the world throughout my countless missions and social networks. It was compiled for the United Nations Economics Council for Europe (UNECE) Working Party on Regulatory Cooperation and Standardization Policies (WP.6. Education on Standardization Initiative (START-Ed) that wanted to understand better the role of the World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA).
