Analysis of Physico-Chemical Parameters of Water Quality in Malkhed Lake, Amravati District
Abstract: To understand the water quality of Malkhed Lake the various physico-chemical parameters ware studied for the period of one year i.e January 2020 to December 2020 to observe the seasonal and monthly changes in Physical and Chemical parameters such as Temperature, Turbidity, Total Dissolved Solids, Dissolved oxygen, Total Hardness, Alkalinity, Chlorides, Phosphate etc. The overall findings showed that in some physical and chemical parameters seasonal variations was noted, whereas the most of the parameters exhibit normal range which is positive indication of good water quality with very minimum pollution and can be used for irrigation and other purposes.
