The impact of artificial intelligence on product quality control: A Case study in the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Industries/ Baghdad

ABSTRACT : The study aims to investigate the applications of artificial intelligence in controlling product quality at GCEEIs in Baghdad, to meet the rapid technological transformations and the digital age's requirements. From this standpoint, the research problem stems from the limited application of artificial intelligence techniques locally in supporting quality systems, despite global trends towards promoting the use of smart solutions in the industrial environment, which may contribute to employing artificial intelligence applications to support the Quality of products. The case study approach was adopted, as it was applied in the field in the case study approach was adopted, as it was applied in the field in GCEEIs, with a comparative model that illustrates the differences between the reality of product quality control before and after the adoption of artificial intelligence applications, which allowed the assessment of the actual impact of these technologies in improving performance and quality. The research yielded positive results, illustrating the important and effective role of artificial intelligence in supporting the company's control processes.
