EVALUATING THE EFFICACY OF BALLOON SINUPLASTY IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC RHINOSINUSITIS: A PROSPECTIVE CLINICAL STUDY
Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is a prevalent inflammatory condition affecting the nasal and paranasal sinus mucosa, leading to significant morbidity and reduced quality of life. Traditional surgical interventions, such as functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), though effective, are associated with postoperative discomfort and extended recovery periods. Balloon sinuplasty has emerged as a minimally invasive alternative, promising reduced tissue trauma and faster recovery.
