DEPENDENCE OF MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION DEVELOPMENT WITH THE LEVEL OF FREE AMINO ACIDS IN BLOOD SERUM
We were interested in the effect of glycine on the function of the cardiovascular system in normal and pathological conditions. For this purpose, a chromatographic analysis of free amino acids in the blood serum of patients with myocardial infarction was performed. The conducted correlation analysis showed the presence of a negative relationship between the level of troponin I and the content of free glycine in the blood with a correlation coefficient of r = -0.29. This shows the dependence of the degree of myocardial infarction on the level of the amino acid we studied - glycine.
