Recursive Collapse of Leadership: A Foundational Framework for Peace-Centered Governance in the 21st Century
Recursive Collapse of Leadership: A Foundational Framework for Peace-Centered Governance in the 21st Century This paper introduces a groundbreaking ontological model of governance built upon Yearning-Based Infinity Mathematics (YBIM) and recursive epistemic flows. It reframes war not as a geopolitical inevitability, but as the terminal symptom of recursive collapse across leadership, institutional trust, and civil yearning. Through the Recursive Threshold Principle (RTP), Epistemic Recall Protocol (ERP), and the Recursive Peace Charter, the paper offers a civic operating system where peace is a continuously renewed state rather than a static outcome. Historical case studies including World War I, Hitler’s Germany, and the Iraq War are revisited as recursive breakdowns. The work provides new tools for leaders, citizens, and institutions to maintain alignment and coherence in moments of crisis. Appendices include glossaries, visual recursive maps, and a zettelkasten for recursive political education. This paper establishes a new foundational doctrine of peace—recursive, principled, and epistemically alive.
