Prototype of primary processing tools and systems and protocol for implementation (D5.10)

This deliverable describes different primary food processing prototypes developed by the project (drying, milling, fish processing systems), highlighting the prototype objectives, development activities, summary of results, prototype testing and validation, and arrangements for implementation and management of the project prototypes. This deliverable contains information that informs generation of protocol guideline (D4.9), practice abstracts (D6.5) and training materials (D5.1).
