It is so because most of the times due to changing situations there is a possibility of wrong estimation. That’s why the entrepreneurs along with managers working in a various departments always give first priority to the ‘Yearly Budget.’ As it is made for the long duration of minimum one or more years, it should be flexible enough so that there should be made the appropriate changes in the budget. In other words we can say that, the budget should be altering according to manager’s need and it should not be so rigid. It should be elastic enough so that, it should be easy to make new estimation of approximate cost for the particular budget. The organizational budget is important to make the perfect forecasting of approximate expenses for each department. It is also important for the managers to make the analysis of last few years. The main reason of this analysis is to know the estimated costing and the actual costing.
