DIGITAL SKILLS AND ADVANCED DATA ANALYTICS: EXPLORING THE ROLE OF TDICS, AI AND BIG DATA IN VOCATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION
This study investigates the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data in Vocational and Technological Education, focusing on their pedagogical, ethical and social implications. In a context of accelerated digital transformation, emerging technologies present opportunities and challenges for education. The central issue is the effective integration of these technologies, considering the training of educators, equity in access and ethical issues related to the use of educational data. The main objective is to analyze how AI and Big Data can improve the personalization of teaching and educational management, aligned with the BNCC competencies. The research adopts the neoperspectivist paradigm giftedean , using theories such as Ausubel 's theory of meaningful learning and Rawls ' theory of justice , in addition to the hypothetical-deductive method. The Narrative Bibliographic and Documentary Review included the analysis of articles in databases such as Google Scholar and Scopus , resulting in 35 relevant studies on the topic. The main findings indicate that, when well implemented, technologies can optimize learning and educational management, but they also reveal challenges such as the lack of infrastructure and resistance from educators. The gaps found involve the need for more data on the long-term effectiveness of these technologies. The limitations of the research include the limited number of institutions analyzed. The research contributes theoretically by expanding the discussion on AI and Big Data in education and offers subsidies for public policies. The added value lies in the contribution to more accessible and inclusive education.
