Symbolic Branching without Global Modal Collapse (Draft v1) Topology of Selective Branchings (TRS) as a response to Shan Gao's critique of Ney

This paper responds to Shan Gao’s critique of global branching in the Many-Worlds interpretation by proposing an alternative framework: Topology of Selective Branchings (TRS). The core idea is to replace global bifurcation of the universal wavefunction with a fibred structure of localized symbolic intensity flow. A new dynamic operator, δ*, governs local cyclic bifurcations within entanglement networks, yielding observable decoherence patterns without invoking a preferred frame. The work includes both a philosophical letter and a mathematical model (TRS) that generalizes branching through category-theoretic and topological tools. Diagrammatic analysis of EPR experiments is provided, including Hopf entanglement loops and local Morse bifurcations. MWI, ontology, quantum foundations, decoherence, Bohmian mechanics, symbolic dynamics, sheaf theory, topological branching, δ* operator, entanglement topology
