RESEARCH METHODOLOGY AND CONSTRUCTION FEATURES SMALL AND MEDIUM TOWNS OF THE CENTRAL BELARUS

The study of architectural, planning and spatial organization of cities and their centers is one ofthe most pressing tasks of modern urban planning. Conducted historical and urban planning studiesindicate insufficient consideration of the identified patterns of centuries-old development of cities.Analyzing them in practice will radically improve the quality of design solutions and will contribute tothe formation of the individuality of a particular city and region. The preservation and development ofthe originality of the architectural appearance of small and medium-sized cities in Central Belarusdetermine the focus of this article.
