CORRELATIVE STUDY OF PROLACTIN AND AMH IN FEMALE INFERTILITY
Background: Infertility affects a significant proportion of women worldwide, with hormonal imbalances playing a critical role in its etiology. Among these, serum prolactin and anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) are key biomarkers involved in reproductive function. While elevated prolactin can disrupt ovulation, AMH serves as a marker of ovarian reserve. Understanding the correlation between these hormones may provide valuable insights into female infertility.
