Hydro-mechanical coupling between pore pressure and crustal deformation following earthquakes: Insight from groundwater tidal response and InSAR analysis
Key Code and Results Used in the Article Notes: 01_Get_insar_data.ipynb – Used to retrieve data from NASA's HyP3 platform (https://hyp3-docs.asf.alaska.edu/), which provides standardized InSAR processing services based on Sentinel-1. Due to the large data volume, I have not uploaded all the data, but this code should help you download it. 02_mintpy_on_py37(MY for example).ipynb – Used for SBAS analysis. Here, the MY well is used as an example, but the same code can be applied to other wells by replacing the dataset. The same code works for all five wells, though the latitude and longitude need to be updated when extracting time series. 03_Compare_K_with_insar.ipynb – Used to compare deformation with permeability and analyze correlations with water levels. 04_plot_AP0829.ipynb and 05_plot_WL0829.ipynb – Used for basic plotting in the article. cal_tide_response_(MY for example).ipynb – Backup code for tidal analysis and estimating hydraulic conductivity.
