Analysis and Design of a Staging Workflow System in the Warehouse of PT XYZ

This research is conducted at PT XYZ’s warehouse. The system, designed using the prototyping methodology via Figma, will be a web-based warehouse workflow management system. It will support four user roles (Inventory Admin, Engineer, Warehouse Admin, Service Delivery Manager) with features for staging assignment, device location visibility, status tracking, data input, and reporting. This research employed usability testing using a Likert scale, and the table shows the number of respondents for each question, categorized into five levels of agreement, each associated with a specific score. Strongly Disagree (STS): Score 1 Disagree (TS): Score 2 Neutral (N): Score 3 Agree (S): Score 4 Strongly Agree (SS): Score 5 These scores are used to evaluate user perceptions of the prototype through a Likert scale analysis method using an interval rating approach. The formula was applied to calculate the total score and index for each item.
