The current study explores how socio-psychological skills foster an environment conducive to effective learning, mainly through enhancing emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Results suggest that integrating socio-psychological training into educational curricula positively impacts students' academic success, mental health, and overall personal development. The paper synthesizes findings from numerous studies to assess the effectiveness of socio-psychological training programs in enhancing student outcomes. This review will be of value to educators, curriculum developers, policymakers, and researchers seeking evidence-based strategies to enhance student development through socio-psychological training.
