DEVELOPMENT OF AI TOOLS FOR PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF AUTISTIC PEOPLE

This research investigates the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools to professionally empower autistic individuals, promoting their inclusion in the labor market. The study explores how emerging technologies can support social and economic inclusion, in accordance with sustainable development guidelines. The central issue is how these tools can be effective in preparing autistic individuals, considering their needs. The objectives include the development of personalized training platforms. The research, using the gifted neoperspectivist paradigm and the hypothetical-deductive method, highlights that AI can improve technical and social skills of autistic individuals, but also identifies gaps in implementation .
