Impact of Gamified Learning on Student Engagement: a way towards students' sustainability for IKS subject.
As per NEP 2020, IKS is introduced in syllabus w.e.f. July 2024. To attract the students for such newly introduced subject as a research problem statement was framed by the researcher to evaluate the impact of gamified learning. 60 samples were chosen on random sampling basis and later divided into strata as per requirement of problem statement. T test was used to find the analysis of data. The same gamified learning techniques will be used on other subjects as per need of new syllabus. The results show that gamification strategies including group projects, reflecting exercises, and incorporating real-world scenarios help students become more independent and adaptable.
