DIAGNOSIS OF IRON DEFICIENCY CONDITIONS AND IRON DEFICIENCY ANEMIA
Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is one of the most prevalent nutritional disorders worldwide, affecting millions of individuals across various age groups. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for preventing severe complications such as cognitive impairment, developmental delays, and increased morbidity. This study provides an in-depth analysis of the diagnostic criteria for iron deficiency conditions, including laboratory markers, clinical symptoms, and risk factors. The paper also presents statistical data on the prevalence of iron deficiency anemia across different populations, supported by tables and charts. Furthermore, the effectiveness of various diagnostic methods and emerging techniques for early detection are discussed.
