Unified Probabilistic Reality-Observation Framework (UPROF): A Non-Quantum Substrate for Physics, Consciousness, and Mathematics

The Unified Probabilistic Reality-Observation Framework (UP-ROF) proposes that reality emerges from a Probabilistic OntologicalField (POF), a pre-quantum substrate unifying physics, consciousness,and mathematics. UPROF synthesizes and extends previous frame-works (UPRF & UPOF) by incorporating holographic non-locality,observer-induced decoherence, and topological field dynamics. Keyinnovations include: (1) replacement of quantum superposition withPOF coarse-graining, (2) emergence of spacetime from S1 → S7 →CP 3 fiber bundles, (3) gravity as entropic flux (G = κ∂tΞ), and (4)testable predictions for qubit decoherence, CMB anomalies, and ex-tremophile genomics. The framework resolves the black hole informa-tion paradox and unifies measurement with consciousness through ΞOfield filtering.
