DIVORCE AS A SOCIAL PHENOMENON IN THE POST-WAR DONBASS

<p>The article examines the main legislative acts regulating the divorce process in the post-war decade. The factors that increase its probability are highlighted, the reasons for divorce and its consequences for family members and society are analyzed. The features of divorce proceedings in Donbass are revealed. Factors hindering divorces have been identified, which eventually led to a decrease in the total number of divorce proceedings in the region and the country.</p>
