TORAH TO VEDAS: TRANSLATING ANCIENT TEXTS INTO EXECUTABLE LOGIC USING LARGE LANGUAGE MODELS A CROSS-CIVILIZATIONAL AI FRAMEWORK FOR SYMBOLIC REASONING FROM SCRIPTURAL KNOWLEDGE IN GOVERNANCE AND SOCIETY
This study introduces a novel AI-driven framework for translating ancient religious and philosophical texts—such as the Torah and the Vedas—into executable logical forms using large language models (LLMs). By aligning symbolic reasoning with cross-cultural scriptural semantics, the framework aims to operationalize ethical and governance principles from diverse traditions into rule-based systems. The research explores how LLMs can bridge linguistic, symbolic, and epistemic gaps between civilizations and encode their scriptural wisdom into actionable digital logic. The proposed system also discusses implications in AI ethics, policy automation, and interfaith dialogue systems.
