19. Garudinia shompen N. Singh, Ahmad & Raha, 2022: 82 TL: Nicobar Islands, India Distribution: India (Nicobar Islands). Genus Katha Moore, 1878: 16 TS: Bombyx helvola Hübner, [1803] 1796, by subsequent designation by Hampson (1900): 130, 145, but cited as Noctua depressa Esper, 1787, a nominal species not originally included in Katha. Hampson, on page 145, placed depressa as the senior synonym of helvola, a nominal species originally included in Katha. Under the Code, Article 69(a) (iv), the designation constitutes the fixation of the originally included name as the type species. Bombyx helvola is a junior subjective synonym of Noctua depressa Esper, 1787: 98, pl. 93 (Nye & Fletcher 1980).
