Theory of Everything – Spectral Formulation Based on the Sansone Model

This is the final validated version of the Sansone Spectral Model of a Theory of Everything (TOE), updated following the submission of a formal spectral proof of the Riemann Hypothesis. The operator H^ζ\hat{H}_\zetaH^ζ, originally proposed as an ansatz, is now mathematically proven to correspond to the non-trivial zeros of the Riemann zeta function, giving solid ground to the spectral field and cosmological structure of the TOE.This version includes new Sections 10, Appendices E–F, and fully connects the physical theory with the now demonstrated spectral identity ζH^(s)≡ζ(s)\zeta_{\hat{H}}(s) \equiv \zeta(s)ζH^(s)≡ζ(s).Author: Mirco Sansone – ORCID 0009-0001-2514-433X
