ANALYSIS OF TECHNOLOGICAL PARAMETERS IN THE AUTOMATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the technological parameters involved in the automation of technological processes. It explores the different categories of parameters, such as process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, concentration, and time) and control system parameters (feedback control loops, set points, and controller tuning). The significance of analyzing these parameters is emphasized in terms of improving efficiency, productivity, safety, cost savings, and quality control in automated systems. The article also highlights various methods for parameter analysis, including sensor technology, statistical process control, modeling and simulation, and machine learning. Despite the benefits, challenges such as system complexity, sensor reliability, data overload, and implementation costs are discussed. The article concludes by underscoring the critical role of parameter analysis in ensuring the success of automation in industrial processes.
