Tirax–Sarx: Sistema Híbrido con Acoplamiento Funcional Condensado
This article presents the design, modeling, and theoretical validation of Tirax–Sarx, a next-generation functional hybrid system based on the synergistic combination of an inorganic halide perovskite (Tirax) and a quantum-activated amorphous network (Sarx), composed of lightweight elements such as phosphorus, nitrogen, oxygen, boron, lithium, and hydrogen. The document introduces a unified material architecture that condenses multiple electronic, optical, and structural functions into a single compact entity, eliminating the need for separate functional layers. Using DFT, TD-DFT, and molecular dynamics simulations, the work validates the system’s structural stability, sub-41 fs carrier transfer efficiency, and the emergence of non-additive functional properties such as temporal compression and spontaneous interfacial self-organization. The study also demonstrates the experimental feasibility of synthesis via known routes and highlights potential applications in optoelectronics, sensing, flexible electronics, and biointegrable systems. This work represents an advanced material design proposal grounded in minimal structural coding and integrated functionality. The Tirax–Sarx system introduces a new paradigm in materials engineering, in which the interface is not a boundary between layers, but the functional core of the device.
