CHANGE IN IRRIGATED BARREN-MEADOW SOILS OF SURKHANDARYA REGION UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF FERTILITY AND IRRIGATION
The article presents the dynamics of changes in the properties of irrigated barren-meadow soils over the last years. So, in 2013, humus content of top soils amounted to 0.90-1.78%, labile phosphorus – 4.14-10.21 mg/kg, potassium – 70-190 mg/kg. By 2024, humus content of top soils amounted to 1.0-1.27%, labile phosphorus – 5.56-20.94 mg/kg, potassium – 153-240 mg/kg. 33,815.0 hectares of irrigated lands in Sherabad district, located on barren-meadow and meadow soils, are very poorly supplied with labile phosphorus.
