TITAN-TI: Trusted Intelligence for Theranostic Interventions – A Federated, Zero-Knowledge, and Blockchain-Enabled Architecture for Germany's Healthcare AI Ecosystem
TITAN-TI (Trans-sector Integrated Twin-based Autonomous Network) is a theoretical framework designed to align with Germany’s TI 2.0 roadmap and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. It proposes a federated healthcare architecture combining zero-knowledge AI, digital twins, blockchain-secured consent ledgers, and clinician-led governance. TITAN-TI enables hospital-controlled edge nodes to deploy AI models securely with explainability, bias audits, and automated compliance gates. The architecture supports precision radiology, interventional guidance, and predictive analytics via a layered system of microservices, secure Kubernetes environments, and policy-as-code. Anchored in real-world technical artifacts and regulatory strategy, the blueprint envisions a nationally deployable, privacy-preserving platform for intelligent, decentralized theranostics.
